Richard has worked for Harley-Davidson since 2003 in both Parts & Acessories department. Having owned several Harleys himself, He is in the perfect position to advise on Parts & Accessories for your motorcycle.

We have invested heavily in information technology, with the provision of PCs and Microsoft software throughout the group. We have an email system to help with the speed of communication and our web site has been up and running for several years and has proved to be very successful.
There are many initiatives in the training and development area. We plan to introduce a formal work experience scheme so that local students can experience life at a dealership and be helped with their career choices. we are also planning to launch an apprenticeship scheme. In addition we are committed to manufacturers' development programmes for technicians, customer-facing employees and managers.
